How do I become a member of ThePerfectGreeting?
Click on the 'Register' link at the top of the page, enter your information and your account will be instantly created.
When will I be emailed?
We only use your email address to send you cards and occasional information directly related to your use of the ThePerfectGreeting service.
Is ThePerfectGreeting Free?
Yes, you can sign up for free to view cards. Creating and sending personalized greeting cards requires a premium membership, which comes with a free trial.

What is Premium Membership?
Premium Membership allows you to send any of our premium greeting cards.
Can I downgrade from Premium to Regular Membership?
Yes, you can do this yourself on the Billing Page or Contact Us for help. Your Premium Membership will then expire, but you will be able to keep the free services, such as viewing and commenting on cards. However, you will no longer be able to send any of our premium greeting cards.
Why do I have to pay to send greeting cards?
We have hundreds of high quality greeting cards. Your fees help keep the quality high and our starving artists just a little less starving.
What is your refund policy for premium membership?
If you were wrongly charged, you may obtain a refund 60 days after the charge. The 60 days is in addition to the 10 days that you are entitled to as part of the free trial offer.

How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address by doing the following:
- Go to ThePerfectGreeting.com and sign in, or click here
- Click the 'Settings' link in the top right.
- Find the 'Email Settings' option on the left side of the page and click on it.
- Enter your desired email address details in the box and click the 'Submit' button.
How do I change my registered name or birthday?
- Go to ThePerfectGreeting.com and sign in, or click here
- Click the 'Settings' link.
- Change the details of your choice.
- Click the 'SAVE CHANGES' button.
I have lost my password. What can I do?
Simply go to the login page to enter your email address, and click on the Forgot Password link and we will send your password to you. If you are generally having problems remembering your password then you may wish to change your password to one you find easier to remember. Once signed in you can change your password at any time by clicking on the 'Settings' link, followed by the 'Password' option.
How do I cancel my ThePerfectGreeting membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time:
- Go to ThePerfectGreeting.com and sign in
- Click the 'Billing' link.
- Type your email address for your account to login to billing.
- You must then unsubscribe on the billing portal to remove the membership.

Does ThePerfectGreeting work on Android phones?
Yes, ThePerfectGreeting is now fully compatible with most newer Android devices. Our greeting cards will play correctly on most Android devices.
